In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6, Inova
would like to notify the market of the following:

Inova's issued capital comprises 42,655,207 ordinary shares of 4 pence each. All
of these shares carry voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, Inova Holding plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
