                      Rescheduled Final Results Announcement


Inova Holding plc ("Inova" or "the Company"; LSE-AIM: INA) announces that,
further to the announcement on 29 June 2007, it now expects to publish its
audited results for the year to 31 December 2006 on or before 31 August 2007.
Although the numbers have been agreed in principal for some time, the Company's
auditors have requested additional time to complete their full audit process.

The temporary suspension of trading in the Company's shares on AIM will continue
until the audited results have been published.

Inova has established a broad international customer base for its two business 
segments, embedded computing and passenger infotainment.
