ISIS Property Trust Ltd ("IPT") on 23 April 2012 disposed of its property at Unit D300, Brooklands Industrial Estate, Weybridge for GBP6,350,000. This property was let in its entirety to Northamber plc at a passing rent of GBP601,000 per annum on a lease which expires in September 2014. The book cost of this property, acquired on 26 September 2003, was GBP7,000,000 and the Market value as at the last valuation date of 31 March 2012 was GBP5,975,000.
