                                  RESULT OF EGM 
 
Further to the announcement on 16 February 2010, the board of directors of 
Matica announces that following the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company 
which was held today at 10.00 am, the following special resolution was approved 
by the shareholders of the Company: 
 
"That the admission of ordinary shares of the Company to trading on the AIM 
market of the London Stock Exchange plc be and is hereby cancelled." 
 
It is anticipated that trading in the ordinary shares of Matica on AIM will 
cease at the close of business on 22 March 2010. The proposed date for the 
Cancellation taking effect is 23 March 2010. 
 
The board of directors of Matica will consider an appropriate structure for the 
Company in order to create value for shareholders.
