Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) has been notified that yesterday, an award over 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Shares') in the form of a nil cost contingent share award, granted on 9 March 2020 and which vested on 9 March 2023, was automatically exercised via an irrevocable market instruction placed by the Employee Benefit Trust ('EBT') on 9 March 2023, in favour of Piers Harrison, a PDMR. The Shares are satisfied from the EBT.

Of those Shares awarded, 75,151 Shares were sold to satisfy the resultant income tax and National Insurance liability and the balance of 74,849 Shares will transfer to Piers Harrison in satisfaction of the award.
