The Company announces that the annual general meeting of the Company due to be
held at 10 am on 20 March 2008 (the "AGM") has been adjourned due to the general
meeting being inquorate. The AGM will now be held on Thursday, 27 March 2008 at
10 am at 3rd Floor Exchange House, 54-62 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man.
