Notification of a transaction
by a PDMR
RegTech Open Project plc (LSE:
RTOP), the technology business specialised in regtech that has
developed the award-winning Orbit Open Platform, which helps its
customers to achieve Operational Resilience in an increasingly
complex regulatory landscape, announces that it has received
notification than an aggregate of 47,381 ordinary shares of nominal
value £0.20 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
have been traded directly by Alessandro Zamboni, a person
discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), who is the
Founder and a Non-Executive Director of RTOP.
This notification has been made in
accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of Regulation
2014/596/EU, which is part of the domestic law of the United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland pursuant to the
Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations (SI 2019/310).
