                          Block Admission Application

The Company announces that an application has been made to the AIM Market of the
London Stock Exchange for the admission of 3,878,956 ordinary shares of 0.5p
each in the Company to satisfy obligations under the Company's share option
scheme. These shares will be allotted and issued in due course in accordance
with the rules of the option scheme and will rank pari passu in all respects
with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

Trading in the ordinary shares under the block admission is expected to commence
on 1 June 2007.
