                QA launches e-commerce service
                               

QA  -  the  IT training and resourcing business of Skillsgroup
plc  -  today  formally  launched its  e-commerce  system,  e-
Dynamix.  The first of its kind in the IT training market,  e-
Dynamix  provides companies with a fast, efficient  and  cost-
effective  way  to  evaluate,  review,  purchase  and  monitor
training services.

QA  has  developed e-Dynamix as part of its overall e-business
strategy which is designed to reinforce the company's  leading
position in the IT training market.  The system will  make  it
easier  for  QA  and  its customers to trade,  realising  cost
savings  for  the  benefit of both, whilst  improving  overall
accessibility and levels of service.  e-Dynamix - which offers
full  on-line trading facilities including course  scheduling,
booking, invoicing and financial reporting - has already  been
successfully  trialled during 1999 with  some  of  QA's  major
clients.

Skillsgroup is to invest #6-8 million in QA's e-commerce and e-
learning  capabilities over the next 12-15 months.  This  will
enable  QA  to  build on its position as the UK's  largest  IT
training  company.  It has already announced the  availability
of  170  on-line training courses which are delivered via  the
Internet  and  the  investment  in  a  sophisticated  Learning
Management   System  (LMS)  comprising  training   consultancy
methodology,   systems  capability,  standard   and   tailored
learning content.

Commenting on the announcement, Rob Burnham, QA Group Managing
