Board Composition


The Board of Sitka Health Fund VCT plc ("Sitka") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr. Charles Pinney as non-executive director to the Board.


Furthermore, the Board wish to announce that in compliance with the AIC Code on
Corporate Governance it will henceforth operate as a fully independent body.
Noble Fund Managers and the Board are agreed that Dr Louis Nisbet and Gerard
Tardy will retire as Directors of the Company but will continue to act in their
executive capacity as Fund Manager to Sitka.
