Annual General Meeting Update 
 
 
Michael Neville, Chairman of Telephonetics PLC ("Telephonetics"), a leading 
speech recognition and voice automation specialist will make the following 
statement at its AGM later today: 
 
 
"Telephonetics has made a solid start to the year and trading is in line with 
expectations. 
 
 
We continue to generate good organic revenue growth and as a supplier of choice 
in the growing health and public sector market, we have continued to make 
progress, with a number of new customers signed-up in the year to date including 
Swale Borough Council and NHS Blackpool. The NHS Trusts, councils, higher 
education institutions and police forces that comprise our core customer base 
increasingly recognise that our packaged speech recognition and voice automation 
applications offer excellent value for money solutions. The integration of 
Datadialogs following its acquisition in February 2009 is progressing well and 
since that date it has been successful in signing up several new customers 
including Interserve and Dee Valley Water. 
 
 
Our strong cash position and robust customer and partner network means we remain 
confident in the outlook for the Group."
