Further re. Winding up Petition - YourDay U.K. Limited 
 
 
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 7 October 2009 that, YourDay 
U.K. Limited ("YDUK"), a wholly owned subsidiary of YourDay Inc., a company in 
which VSH has a 74 per cent. interest, had received notice of a winding up 
petition, the hearing of which had subsequently been adjourned until 14 October 
2009, the Company is pleased to announce that it has reached a settlement with 
the Liquidators of Venue Solutions Limited (In Liquidation) ("VSL"). 
 
 
The terms of the settlement included the purchase by VSH of certain equipment 
with an estimated book cost of GBP94,000 which is currently owned by VSL 
together with the assignment to VSH of the GBP197,000 debt due from YDUK to VSL. 
The terms of the settlement amount in aggregate to GBP32,500 to be satisfied by 
an initial payment of GBP2,500 and the balance being payable, conditional on a 
fundraising being completed, on or before 31 January 2010.
