Results of 2024 Annual
General Meeting
Naked Wines held its Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") at 4:00 p.m. today and announces that all of the
resolutions set forth in its Notice of AGM were duly passed with
the exception of resolution 6 regarding disapplication of
pre-emption rights.
Voting was conducted by way of a
poll on both the Ordinary Resolutions and Special Resolutions. The
number of votes for and against each of the resolutions and the
number of votes withheld were as follows:
