DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. ("Wheaton") makes the following
announcement regarding its persons discharging managerial
responsibilities. Wheaton has granted 1,110 restricted share units
("RSUs") pursuant to its Restricted Share Plan. The RSUs have been
granted with restricted periods that will expire as to one-third on
each of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd anniversary of the grant date.
Wheaton also announces the issuance of (i) 59,785 common shares
of no par value pursuant to the exercise by retiring persons
discharging managerial responsibilities of vested long-term
incentive plan grants and (ii) 370 common shares of no par value
pursuant to the exercise by persons discharging managerial
responsibilities of vested long-term incentive plan grants.
The following notification, which is being made in accordance
with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides
