Moss, CEO, announced that the Bank has entered into an agreement with C & K Market Inc., which owns Ray's Food Place in Sisters, for an in-store branch. C & K Market, Inc., plans to build a new store behind the current Ray's location, just off Highway 20, will include a Bank of the Cascades branch. The Bank anticipates the new branch to open in late 2006. "We are very excited about working with C & K Market, Inc., and the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to the Sisters community to deliver personalized relationship banking for the convenience of our customers with the addition of this branch," stated Barry Jordan, SVP/Regional Manager. This will be the 22nd branch of Bank of the Cascades and the 12th in Central Oregon. The branch of approximately 400 sq ft. will be open 10:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday as well as 9:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday. This will be the third Central Oregon location of Bank of the Cascades providing Saturday hours. In addition to the convenience of Saturday banking, the branch will have ATM and Night Deposit facilities.
