Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 27, 2023, James F. Petelle, Vice President, Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of Insteel Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) informed the Company of his intention to retire as an officer and employee of the Company at a date to be determined early in the Company’s fiscal year 2024. The Company will be initiating a comprehensive search process to fill Mr. Petelle’s position.
