Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 6, 2023, Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Myles Mizokami as Interim President of Grace Pacific LLC, the Company’s materials and construction subsidiary, effective as of September 7, 2023. Mr. Mizokami has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Grace Pacific since February 26, 2021. Mr. Mizokami will replace Jerrod M. Schreck, Executive Vice President of the Company and President of Grace Pacific, whose last day as an officer of Grace Pacific was September 6, 2023.
