Heidi Hendrix vice president, human
resources, for the company's Aerospace Systems sector, effective
immediately.

In this role, Hendrix will be responsible for all aspects of
human resources in the Aerospace Systems sector, including
attracting, developing, retaining, supporting and engaging a
diverse, inclusive and high-performance workforce.

For the past 15 years, Hendrix has worked in leadership
positions at Bank of America. Most recently, as senior vice
president, she was the human resources executive for Legacy Asset
Servicing, where she was responsible for all generalist, staffing,
organizational/leader development, learning and compensation
activities for the 50,000-person organization.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Hendrix worked in change
management at Andersen Consulting. An experienced business leader,
Hendrix brings expertise in a number of human resources disciplines
including organizational design, leadership development, succession
planning, performance management, and incentive design and
compensation management.
Hendrix earned a bachelor's degree from the School of Journalism
and Mass Communications at the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
