Foote Promoted to Vice President at Conseco

(NYSE:CNO) announced that Christopher J. Foote has been promoted to
vice president, asset-liability management. Foote, 51, joined
Conseco in 1999 and served previously as senior managing actuary
for asset-liability management. He reports to Tim Tongson, senior
vice president of corporate and shared actuarial services.
