EnWave Corporation (TSX VENTURE:ENW)(FRANKFURT:E4U) ("EnWave", or the "Company")
today announced that it has signed a commercial license agreement ("the
Agreement") with Milne Fruit Products Inc. ("Milne Fruit"), a leading American
fruit processor, to supply Radiant Energy Vacuum ("REV") technology for the
dehydration of a variety of specified fruit products. The Agreement includes a
provision for royalty payments on nutraDried(TM) fruit products produced using
EnWave's technology. A MIVAP(TM) dehydrator has been purchased for its new
plant.

"This agreement represents a further step forward in the commercial introduction
of EnWave's proprietary dehydration technology into the North American food
processing sector," said Dr. Tim Durance, Co-CEO, EnWave Corporation. "Milne
Fruit supplies fruit products to some of North America's largest food companies,
and they are well known for the quality of their products."

EnWave's dehydration technologies for food include nutraREV(TM), MIVAP(TM) and
quantaREV(TM), with each employing a combination of vacuum and microwave energy
to deliver a high-speed, low-temperature food dehydration process. The
technologies can be used to dry a wide variety of fruit, vegetables, herbs,
meats and seafood at, or below, 37 degrees C (98 degrees F) in order to maintain
high levels of nutrition, flavour, colour and texture. nutraREV(TM) is being
introduced globally as an alternative technology to freeze drying and air drying
for the development of nutraDried(TM) snack foods, baked goods and ingredients.

About EnWave

EnWave Corporation is a Vancouver-based industrial technology company developing
commercial applications for its proprietary Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV)
technology. REV is used to dehydrate food, bulk liquids, and pharmaceuticals,
and the Company's mission is to establish the technology as a new dehydration
standard which results in a better end product quality than air drying or spray
drying. EnWave currently has six REV platforms: commercial-scale nutraREV(TM)
and MIVAP(TM) are used in the food industry to dry fruits, vegetables, meat,
herbs and seafood quickly while maintaining high levels of nutrition, taste,
texture and colour. The Company is also developing powderREV(TM) for bulk
dehydration of food cultures, probiotics and fine biochemicals such as enzymes;
quantaREV(TM) for continuous, high-volume low-temperature drying of pastes,
gels, liquids, or particulates; and bioREV(TM) and freezeREV(TM) as new methods
to stabilize and dehydrate biopharmaceuticals such as vaccines and antibodies.
