Radient Technologies Inc. (“Radient” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture: RTI; OTCQX: RDDTF), a global commercial manufacturer of high quality cannabinoid-based ingredients, formulations and products, announces that it has received the approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of 3,051,310 warrants originally scheduled to expire on June 2, 2020 and 5,872,382 warrants originally scheduled to expire on June 22, 2020 (the “Warrants”) to June 2, 2021 and June 22, 2021, respectively.

The Warrants were originally issued pursuant to private placements of units completed by the Company on December 2, 2016 and December 22, 2016. The new expiry date for these warrants is June 2, 2021 and June 22, 2021, respectively.

All other terms and conditions of the warrants remain unchanged.
