Notice to Shareholders of Urodynamix Technologies Ltd.

Urodynamix Technologies Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:URO) ("Urodynamix" or the "Company")
announces that at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders of the
Company held on July 19, 2011 (the "Meeting") shareholders approved the 10%
rolling stock option plan, the adoption of new Articles and the amendment of the
Company's authorized share structure to create five classes of preferred shares.


The Company also received shareholder approval to effect a consolidation of its
common shares (the "Consolidation") as discussed in the Company's management
information circular prepared in connection with the Meeting. In connection with
the Consolidation, the Company intends to change its name to Venturi Ventures
Inc. The Consolidation is subject to the prior approval of the TSX Venture
Exchange.


At the Meeting, shareholders also elected a board of directors to serve for the
following year. The board now comprises continuing directors Jim Heppell and
David Raffa and new director Ron Palfery.


Ron Palfery is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Compass Technologies
Inc., a private Canadian hybrid drivetrain technology firm with offices in
Vancouver, Toronto and San Jose, California, and is responsible for business
development and operations excellence in Compass's joint development projects
and partnerships in North America and Asia. He currently serves as a Director on
several Boards of private companies. Mr. Palfery holds a Bachelors of Science
Degree from the University of British Columbia.
