1531 GMT - EDP-Energias de Portugal SA is among the most

its business plan until 2026, a period during which it targets
higher recurring earnings, and launched a tender offer to take full
ownership of its separately-listed subsidiary EDP-Energias do
Brasil SA. EDP, which currently owns a 56.05% stake in the Brazil
subsidiary, said the tender offer aims to simplify its corporate
structure and will be funded through an equity raise of 1 billion
euros ($1.07 billion). The company also reported a rise in
