ELMER BANCORP, INC., parent holding company of The First National Bank of Elmer, Elmer, New Jersey, today announced that the Board of Directors had declared a semi-annual cash dividend in the amount of $.30 per share. The dividend is payable on November 1, 2010 to stockholders of record of the Company on October 15, 2010.

The First National Bank of Elmer is a national bank headquartered in Elmer, New Jersey, which conducts its business through six offices serving the Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties in New Jersey. Deposits at the Bank are insured up to the legally maximum amount by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The Company’s common stock is traded in the over-the-counter market and listed on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol “ELMA”.
