Sebastian River Holdings Company’s Vaenza-Nature Power Generates Market Leverage with Strategic U.S. Partner

Sebastian River Holdings Company, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SBRH) announces today that its Vaenza-Nature Power has secured additional capabilities for its customer base in Canada, Asia and South Korea. New Technology, Products and Services include Climate Controlled year-round agriculture technology for areas affected by seasons or extreme weather as well as advanced research in its technology for extraction of fresh water from air and seawater.

Studies show that if approximately 20% of the evaporated water of a coal-fired power plant could be captured and re-used, the plant would be completely self-sufficient. The company is confident, in this situation, it could capture anywhere between 30-50% of the evaporated water, not only ‘saving’ water, but producing it.

The new technologies will be marketed to the company’s customer base, which consists of wholesale, direct retail and governmental buyers, and is to be sourced through Vaenza-Nature Power’s exclusive distribution agreement with R&L Enterprizes. R&L is a private company comprised of designers and engineers from several manufacturers in the Green Technology Industry.

R&L Enterprizes is situated in Green Energy Star Rated facilities with a focus on wind, solar and water solutions in the renewable energy sector and specialty divisions devoted to greening homes and buildings, as well as R&D for climate-controlled poultry and agriculture harvest.

SBRH Board of Directors is very pleased with the progress on this front as it allows for the company to ‘upsell’ its customer base while increasing overall customer capture with a versatile base of offerings.
