SNM Global Holdings Completes Joint Venture to Develop Social Media Network; Launch Online Magazine

SNM Global Holdings Inc. (Pink Sheets:SNMN) announced today a
joint venture with High Speed Magazine and its editor “DJ” Foothill
to develop a social media network and launch an online
magazine.
The new entity will be an online social media community that
will include an online magazine, a reality television program,
interactive entertainment tools and the development of partnerships
with other social networking sites.
The company will launch an online sports and entertainment
magazine with emphasis on upcoming athletes and entertainers. SNM
will launch the online site with a limited VIP hard copy run in the
first quarter of 2010.
"Along with the publisher of High Speed Magazine – LGN
Entertainment – we are already searching for new artists and
athletes to be featured in the first issue,” according to SNM
Global Holdings President Steve Lane. “Together, we will also
explore My Space bands and independent artists on other sites,” he
said.
"Bringing ‘DJ’ Foothill from High Speed Media and High Speed
Magazine onboard is a sound idea since he is a seasoned pro and
will oversee and manage the project from his West Coast
operations,” Lane pointed out.
The joint venture plans to expand to additional locations,
including New York, Orlando, and a site in South Florida to be
selected later.
