Intel Corp. (INTC) said Tuesday it will form a joint innovation center with Chinese internet giant Tencent Holdings Ltd. (0700.HK) that will focus on developing new mobile computing products.

Intel will announce more details of the deal later today at its developer forum being held in Beijing.
