Franchise Systems, Inc. (ULFS;

attention to Case # A607674 in the Eight Judicial District Court of
Nevada. A copy of the court order

That court order is self-explanatory.
The Custodian of Ultimate Franchise Systems appointed an interim
officer/director and reminds the public to review the court order
for facts regarding this matter. Furthermore, we discovered the ex
management, the same management that administratively abandoned the
corporation and its shareholders, is now attempting to usurp the
company by ignoring the Nevada
court order and going so far as to file unauthorized documents with
the State of Nevada, so that it
may re domiciled in Florida. The
interim management or the Custodian did not approve this
action.
Custodianship was legally gained via the above referenced order
and ULFS has been brought current with the Secretary of
State of Nevada and its Transfer
Agent. ULFS is unable to successfully continue its efforts to
restore value back to its shareholders until ex management ceases
from their actions.
Interim management has plans for a merger with an Australia
Coffee Company. These plans were well on their way until ex
management's interference. It is the interim's management position
to continue business as usual and attempt to bring value back to
the stockholders of ULFS.
Today, the ex-management attempts to thwart these positive
efforts by unlawfully relocating the corporation to Florida in defiance of the Nevada Court Order. The interim management and
the Custodian of ULFS will fight these deeds of self-interest, and
urge the company shareholders to have their voice heard, to submit
their opinion to this fact through the Mina Mar Group's "Investor
