United Royale Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Yearly Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2018 (the “Form 10-K”). Additional time is needed for the Company to compile and analyze supporting documentation in order to complete the Form 10-K and in order to permit the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete its review of the consolidated financial statements included in the Form 10-K. The Company expects to file the 2018 Form 10-K on or before the prescribed due date under the fifteen calendar day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25.
