Karma Media Announces 2003 Revenue Outlook Company Expects Fiscal Year 2003 to Show a Net Profit LOS ANGELES, Dec. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Karma Media, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: KRMA) today announced it expects results for its latest fiscal quarter and entire fiscal year 2003 to show a net profit. The Company also expects its fourth quarter revenues to almost triple over the previous quarter. "Year 2003 has been one during which we started creating awareness and acceptance of Karma Media's cause-related marketing model among merchants and consumers. At the same time, we have laid the groundwork to sustain our aggressive growth in the year 2004 and beyond," noted Dominique Einhorn, Karma Media's President and CEO. "We are excited to grow a business where increased sales for our merchant clients and increased revenues for us as a company translate into automatic contributions for the charitable causes we support," added Estelle Reyna, the company's Chairperson. "We are currently in negotiations with many new companies and expect to sign on many new merchants during the first quarter of 2004. We plan on capitalizing on the growth of e-commerce as an industry and the increasing awareness among merchants that being responsible corporate citizens not only adds brand value, but directly contributes to the bottom line in terms of sales and earnings." In January 2004, Ms. Reyna will appear in a thirty-second television commercial airing on First Business, a leading nationally syndicated morning business program. The spots are scheduled to appear Monday, January 5, 2004 through Friday, January 30, for a total of twenty airings. First Business airs just before the stock market opens in one hundred and eleven markets nationwide. About Karma Media Karma Media, Inc. is a cause-related technology marketing company. The Company has developed a marketing model that involves consumers, businesses and charities in a concept where one contributes to the benefit of the other in complete symbiosis. Karma Media's primary offering is a proprietary customer acquisition model that takes the guesswork out of a merchant's marketing budget by providing full accountability to the client on the back of a straight pay for performance business model. The power of the Karma Media concept resides in the fact that each participating merchant systematically opts to "give back" a portion of all gross sales generated to a designated charity.
