Vinci-Balfour Beatty-Systra JV Wins U.K. Rail Station Management Contract

A joint venture between Vinci SA (DG.FR), Balfour Beatty PLC
(BBY.LN) and Systra has won a high-speed railway construction
management contract for Old Oak Common Station in North West
London.
The joint venture will be responsible for the final design,
construction and commissioning of the station, as well as
delivering six underground platforms and up to eight platforms on
the adjacent Great Western Main Line, the companies said.
The Old Oak Common Station project is worth one billion British
pounds ($1.25 billion), the companies said.
