                   National Programme Local Service Providers



The National Programme for Information Technology has today announced the award
of two of the final three contracts to Local Service Providers. As a result the
four Local Service Provider contracts which have been awarded as at 23 December
2003 are as follows:

The award of the final Local Service Provider contract for the Southern cluster
is expected to be announced in January 2004.



A further announcement will be made by iSOFT following finalisation of detailed
terms and conditions with certain of the Local Service Providers following
today's awards.
