The Company received a notification today from George House Holdings Ltd
informing it that further to a sale of 250,000 on the 17 February 2003 they now
own/control 1,000,000 shares representing 2.78% of the Company's issued share
capital, consequently they no longer have a notifiable interest in the ordinary
share capital of the Company.
