Georgian Railway LLC declares dividend for 2011 Georgian Railway LLC, Georgia's integrated railway company, today announces that its Supervisory Board has declared a total dividend payment of GEL 28 million in respect of the financial year ending on 31 December 2011. The dividend has been approved by the Government of the State of Georgia. The dividend will be paid to the State of Georgia and JSC Partnership Fund the shareholders of record as of the payment date, which is expected to be in April 2012.
