NOTICE OF CORRECTIONS OF MANIFEST ERRORS

The Arab Republic of Egypt (the "Issuer"), hereby announces the corrections of manifest errors in respect of the following securities:

-- U.S.$860,000,000 7.125 per cent. "Series D" Notes due 2026 issued by the Issuer on 19 November 2018 (the "Series D Notes") (ISINs: XS1903488572 / US038461AN96 (CUSIP: 038461 AN9)); and

-- U.S.$1,710,000,000 7.625 per cent. "Series E" Notes due 2030 issued by the Issuer on 19 November 2018 (the "Series E Notes" and, together with the Series D Notes, the "Notes") (ISINs: XS1903489463 / US038461AP45 (CUSIP: 038461 AP4)).

The manifest errors relate to the calculation of the broken amount of interest payable by the Issuer on the first interest payment date included in Condition 5 (Interest) of each series of Notes. On 4 December 2018, the Issuer and Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG (as registrar) and Citibank N.A., London Branch (as fiscal agent, paying agent and transfer agent) entered into Supplemental Fiscal Agency Agreements to the Fiscal Agency Agreements dated 19 November 2018 in respect of each of the Series D Notes and the Series E Notes to correct the aforementioned manifest errors. The modifications made to the terms and conditions of each series of Notes are summarised below.

Series D Notes

To correct the manifest error in respect of the Series D Notes, the first sentence of Condition 5 (Interest) of the Series D Notes has been deleted and replaced by the following:

"The Notes bear interest on their outstanding principal amount from and including 19 November 2018 at the rate of 7.125% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrear in equal instalments of U.S.$35.63 per Calculation Amount (as defined below) on 10 May and 10 November in each year (each an "Interest Payment Date") commencing on 10 May 2019, except that the first payment of interest, to be made on 10 May 2019, will be in respect of the period from, and including, 19 November 2018 to, but excluding, 10 May 2019 and will amount to U.S.$33.84 per Calculation Amount."

Series E Notes

To correct the manifest error in respect of the Series E Notes, the first sentence of Condition 5 (Interest) of the Series E Notes has been deleted and replaced by the following:

"The Notes bear interest on their outstanding principal amount from and including 19 November 2018 at the rate of 7.625% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrear in equal instalments of U.S.$38.13 per Calculation Amount (as defined below) on 10 May and 10 November in each year (each an "Interest Payment Date") commencing on 10 May 2019, except that the first payment of interest, to be made on 10 May 2019, will be in respect of the period from, and including, 19 November 2018 to, but excluding, 10 May 2019 and will amount to U.S.$36.22 per Calculation Amount."
