              NOTICE TO THE COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENTS OFFICE

Hereby we inform our shareholders and business partners that our Company
reported to the BAZ Country Police Office on an unknown culprit on September 15,
1998.  The reason for the report: On September 9, 1998, a company invested
connected to Diszkont Treasury Bill expired.  It became clear on expiration that
the securities are not available for us, and because the documents in our
possession gave us sound reasons for a suspicion of offence, we filed our
report.

In an unfavourable case, our risk related to the case may amount to a few
hundred million forints.
