Proposed Dividend

9 April 2008



Further to the Final Results announcement of 8 April 2008, the Board recommends
a net final dividend of 0.3p per ordinary share in the Company which will be
paid on 14 May 2008 to those shareholders on the register at the close of
business on 18 April 2008. The ex-dividend date will be 16 April 2008.
