Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:CDTI), the cleantech emissions reduction company providing sustainable solutions to reduce emissions, increase energy efficiency and lower the carbon intensity of on- and off-road engine applications, today announced its intention to hold an investor conference call to discuss its proposed merger with Catalytic Solutions Inc. (LSE:CTS) and (LSE:CTSU), a global manufacturer and distributor of emissions control systems and products, focused in the heavy duty diesel and light duty vehicle markets. The Company plans to hold the conference call when its definitive proxy materials are available following the Company's Registration Statement on Form S-4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) becoming effective.
