                               Holding in Company

The Board of Centurion Electronics plc (the "Company") was informed today
pursuant to sections 198 to 210 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that
Electra Quoted Management Limited sold 175,000 ordinary shares on 11 December
2003 and accordingly now has a holding of 1,484,127 ordinary shares representing
approximately 6.42 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital. The
shares are registered in the name of Electra Kingsway VCT Plc.
