Board and management changes



The Board of Provalis plc (LSE: PRO) has appointed Mr Lee Greenbury, Provalis'
Company Secretary and Group Legal Adviser, as an executive director.



Lee Greenbury, 42, joined Provalis as Group Legal Adviser in July 1998. He
became Company Secretary in November 1998, and subsequently took on the
additional role of Director of Corporate Affairs. Mr Greenbury joined Provalis
from The Boots Company plc where he was commercial legal adviser. Mr Greenbury
qualified as a Solicitor in 1989.



The Group is pleased to advise that Mr Peter Woodford will be continuing in the
role of Interim Chief Executive Officer until at least 30 June 2006. Mr Woodford
was appointed as a non executive director on 1 July 2005, and agreed to become
Interim Chief Executive Officer for a minimum of six months in August 2005.
