DIRECTORATE CHANGE

The Board of Davenham announces that Dawn Smethurst has been appointed as a Director of the Company with immediate effect. Dawn originally joined the Davenham Group on its formation in 1991 and was Company Secretary until April 2009.

This appointment is being made in connection with the administration process (with the appointment of administrators expected to take effect during the course of next week).

Dawn, aged 57, is a director of Davenham Group Trustees Limited and was previously a director of Booker Montague Leasing Limited. Dawn holds 11,860 shares in the Company. There is no further information to be disclosed under Rule 17 of the AIM Rules in respect of Dawn's appointment.
