            Diamond Lifestyle Holdings PLC (the "Diamond"or the"Group")

                                  Trading update

Further to the update made on 27 February 2008 the board wish to provide a
further update.

Diamond's trading performance continues to be adversely affected by the
tightening of banks lending criteria and downward pressure on fees and
commissions paid to the Group.

As a consequence of the above the Group is experiencing working capital
constraints.  The board continues to review the Group's cost base and is seeking
to make further savings as well as seeking further capital for the business in
the short term.  The Company is in discussions with a potential provider of such
finance.  A further announcement will be made in due course.

The board note that there is still significant demand for the Group's services
however Diamond is unable to complete transactions due to the difficulty in
fulfilling the banks lending criteria.
