Statement


Following the reports in the weekend press the Company confirms that Alan
Kempson and Nigel Hodges, both directors of the Company, are missing following
the disappearance of an aircraft in Brazil in which they were both travelling.


Paul Hughes, Chairman of the Company stated "Our thoughts are with the families
of our colleagues and the other missing people from the aircraft at this
difficult time"
