Drury Lane Capital Plc announces that, at its AGM held at 10.00am today at 11
Buckingham Street, London WC2N 6DF, all resolutions were duly passed.



The Company continues to pursue its stated strategy to acquire and manage
companies and businesses in sectors where the Directors believe there are
opportunities for consolidation, with particular focus on sectors undergoing
structural, technological and/or regulatory change.
