Further re. Delisting - Posting of Circular

Further to its announcement on 22 November 2018 regarding a proposed wind up, de-listing and liquidation (the "Proposals"), the Company announces that it has today posted an explanatory circular detailing the Proposals, together with a notice convening the General Meeting to approve the Proposals, as well as an accompanying Form of Proxy.

These documents are also available to view on the Company's website at http://www.juridicainvestments.com/

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms within this announcement shall mean the same as those defined in the Company's RNS, released at 7.00 a.m. on 22 November 2018 under RNS number 1428I.

Once the Delisting is effective, Shareholders will not have the ability to transact in their shares through any trading platform.
