Lewis Charles Sofia Property Fund Limited (the "Company")
Changes to the Board
The Board of Lewis Charles Sofia Property Fund Limited (AIM: LCSS) is pleased to
announce that Duncan Abbot has been appointed as a non-executive director of the
Company with immediate effect.
Duncan is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and a Chartered Accountant. From
1995 to 2001 he was Chairman of Christows Group Limited, a stock broking and
fund management group. In 2001 he co-founded iimia Investment Group plc,
subsequently renamed Midas Capital plc, and served as its business development
director until October 2007; he continued to be employed by the group until 31
March 2009. He is a co-founder and Chairman of Coalition Holdings Limited and
Chairman of Global Special Opportunities Trust plc.
The information required to be disclosed in accordance with the AIM rules with
respect to the appointment of Duncan as a director of the Company is set out in
Appendix 1 to this announcement.
The Board also announces that Desmond Swayne has resigned as a non-executive
director of the Company with immediate effect. The Board would like to take this
opportunity to thank Desmond Swayne for his valuable contribution to the Company
during his four year tenure.

Mr Abbot does not hold an interest in the shares of the Company.
Mr. Abbot was an employee of British & Commonwealth Holdings PLC ("BCH") when it
went into administration in 1990. At this time, Mr. Abbot was a director of a
number of subsidiary companies of BCH which were placed into various forms of
insolvency procedures. These companies are now dissolved with creditors
receiving the majority of their money back.
In 1995, Mr. Abbot was a director of Trafford Carpets (Manchester) Limited which
went into administration when its main investor called in a loan. Creditors
received approximately 50 per cent. of their money back.
Mr. Abbot was a director of Exeter Fund Managers Limited which was placed into
a special FSA supervised Administration on 3 March 2005 as a result of events
occurring prior to Mr. Abbot's appointment relating to Split Capital Investment
Trusts. The administration was overseen by the FSA to enable potential claimants
to claim under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. A Scheme of
Arrangement was sanctioned by the High Court on 8 October 2008 and creditors
were invited to submit their claims by 27 February 2009. The claims settlement
process is not yet complete.
Mr. Abbot has confirmed that no other details are required to be disclosed under
paragraph (g) of schedule 2 of the AIM rules.
