Result of Open Offer

Further to the announcement on 26 November 2018, the Company announces that it has raised gross proceeds of GBP250,000 through the issue of 25,000,000 Open Offer Shares, with applications for 46,928,175 Open Offer Shares under the Excess Application Facility.

As detailed in the Open Offer circular, all Shareholders with valid applications will receive their full allocation of Ordinary Shares in respect of their Basic Entitlement.

Also as detailed in the Open Offer circular sent to shareholders, Excess Shares will be allocated to Shareholders with valid applications under the Excess Application Facility in such manner as the Board may determine in their absolute discretion.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 25,000,000 Open Offer Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 17 December 2018. The 25,000,000 Open Offer Shares will, on Admission, rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following Admission, the Enlarged Share Capital will comprise 307,105,816 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
