Payment of Deferred Consideration 
 
 
 
 
Further to MAMA's announcement of 14 January 2009 of its joint venture with HMV 
Group Plc ("HMV"), MAMA is pleased to announce that it has received further cash 
consideration of GBP4.5m from Mean Fiddler Group Limited ("MFG"). 
 
 
The cash consideration has been financed by new banking facilities entered into 
by MFG with Lloyds Banking Group ("Lloyds"). Lloyds has made available to MFG a 
debt facility of GBP9m. The balance of the facility (GBP4.5m) has been used to 
repay a debt left outstanding to HMV from MFG at the completion of the joint 
venture.
