FOLLOW ON ORDER FROM EXISTING EUROPEAN GOVERNMENT CUSTOMER

Manroy, the AIM quoted UK Defence Contractor, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a further EUR2.2m (GBP1.8m) contract from an existing European Government customer, in addition to the EUR3.8m (GBP3.2m) contracts from the same customer announced in September and November 2013.

It is expected that this further contract, which is for Heavy Machine Gun spares, will be delivered within the current calendar year, subject to standard license approval processes.

1. On 28 March 2014, Manroy announced the terms of a recommended cash offer from FN Herstal SA for the entire issued share capital of Manroy at 85p per share, valuing Manroy at GBP16.2 million. The Offer Document from FN Herstal was issued on 25 April 2014.

   --      weapon tripods and weapon mounting systems

4. Production of the HMG, along with support and spares is Manroy's core area of operation. In recent years Manroy has increasingly focused on the export market and diversification of its customer base into new territories.

The Group adheres strictly to UK legislation concerning the sale of weapons to foreign countries. Manroy's overseas sales are undertaken in adherence to UK Government regulations and approvals. Such sales are only undertaken after all appropriate UK Government licenses have been granted.
