    The Company makes the following notification as required by Schedule 6 of the AIM Rules, pursuant to the Block Listing Application made
on 1 November 2007:

 (c)  Period of Return:     From 17 October 2007 to 14 April 2008
 (d)  Number and class of securities not issued under scheme:
                            6,281,577 Ordinary shares of GBP0.0001 (0.01 pence)
 (e)  Number of securities issued under the scheme during period:
                            Nil Ordinary shares
 (f)  Balance under the scheme of securities not yet issued at the end of the period:
                            6,281,577 Ordinary shares
 (g)                         Number and class of securities originally admitted and the date of admission:

           A total of 7,202,350 Ordinary shares have previously been admitted as follows (705,149 Ordinary
          shares were admitted on 15 April 2005, 478,500 Ordinary shares were admitted on 20 October 2005,
        1,663,749 Ordinary shares were admitted on 21 April 2006, 393,498 Ordinary shares were admitted on
         16 October 2006 and 3,078,801 Ordinary shares were admitted on 16 April 2007 and 882,833 Ordinary
                                                                 shares were admitted on 7 November 2007).


    Following the cancellation and lapsing of a number of options under the Plan as set out in the Company's 2007 Annual Report and Accounts
(5,837,324 options were forfeited and subsequently cancelled, and 1,122,377 options lapsed during the year), the Company expects that of the
7,202,350 Ordinary shares previously admitted, a maximum of 1,423,730 Ordinary shares could be allotted and issued as at today's date as a
result of the exercise of currently vested options under the Plan.

    The Company therefore proposes that it will make no further block listing applications until the 5,778,800 shares admitted under the
Company's previous block listing applications are allotted and issued in respect of option grants which the Company currently has
outstanding available for exercise.

    The total number of shares in issue as at 10 July 2008 was 119,920,953 ordinary shares of GBP0.0001 (0.01 pence).
